Ltd. is dedicated to providing a high-quality product certification service, which are carried out in a fair, impartial, and non-discriminatory manner to meet the customer’s requirements and also conforming to schemes rules, technical regulations including national/ International standards, through professional practices and by effective implementation of management system as per requirements of ISO/IEC 17065.

We aim to provide customers with the best possible service based on openness, transparency, and impartiality. Our systems and procedures have been developed specially to ensure the objectivity of the product certification process including process planning and their interactions incorporating risk-based thinking, impartiality, and confidentiality.

Objectives

The top management is committed to fulfil the following objectives implies high standards for qualities such as impartiality, transparency, confidentiality and also for a defined level of operation for management and organization, procedure for document management, well- structured procedures for change management, and for how the certification service shall be organized and performed in the organization, but not limited to, by:

  • Maintain and improve our customer relationships.

  • Providing resources for functioning of the certification body as per requirements of the scheme rules, technical regulations and national/international standards.

  • Continuous up-gradation and enhancement of skills of the personnel through training.

  • Comply with all applicable standards, accreditation norms, legal, regulatory, and other requirements.

  • Delivery of report while maintaining confidentiality of customer’s results, in a committed time frame.
